Change Orders for Urban Renewal Grants
Any time the Scope of Work increases, or the cost of items in the SOW increase, you may submit a Change Order to ask for an increase in the amount of your grant. There is no guarantee that a change order will be approved.

Download the Change Order Worksheet here. Attach it to the form below, along with the budget worksheet you submitted with your grant application, and fill in the additional costs next to the construction items.
Change order requirements:
- You must receive approval for the Change Order cost increase before performing any work that will create the cost increase. Work that is begun before the Grants Committee approves the Change Order may not receive approval.
- Cost increases above a total of $20,000 will also need the approval of the PDC at its regular monthly meeting.
- If the change includes a revision to the original design, then a revised design must be uploaded on the form below.
In some cases, a project will not be considered for change orders.
Remember: There are some items we do not fund or reimburse. See pages 11 – 15 of Grant Guidelines.
